Atul Subhash Suicide Case: UP Police reaches Nikita's home

Jaunpur: The Uttar Pradesh Police on Wednesday reached Nikita Singhania's home in Jaunpur days after his husband Atul Subhash allegedly died by suicide after alleging harassment by Nikita and her family. 
 
Techie dies in Bengaluru
The 34-year-old techie allegedly died by suicide last Sunday. "Justice is Due", he wrote in the ‘note’. The 34-year-old alleged harassment by his wife, her mother, brother, and uncle.

 

He also recorded a video before allegedly hanging himself in his room in Bengaluru. 


Uttar Pradesh Police has also keeping a close eye on the matter.

Police reaches Nikita's home
According to Dynamite News correspondenta team of Jaunpur police reached Nikita Singhania's house on Wednesday afternoon days after Atul Subhash allegedly committed suicide. On the instructions of SP, City Kotwal Mithilesh Mishra reached the  home of Nikita with the force. During this time, a huge crowd of common people along with media also gathered there.


Talking to reporters, the police officer said the police came here for security arrangements. He added that the police have no information about the Bengaluru Police coming to UP.


Earlier in the day, Bengaluru Police lodged an FIR on the complaint filed by Atul Subhash's family against 4 people, including the techie's wife. 

Bikas Kumar, the brother of the 34-year-old techie, who allegedly died by suicide after alleging harassment by his wife in video, has filed an FIR in Bengaluru for abetment of suicide against his wife Nikita Singhania, her mother, her brother and uncle.

Atul Subhash married Nikita Singhania in 2019 and the couple had one child. 

  
Atul Subhash hailed from UP
Atul Subhash, who originally hailed from Uttar Pradesh, was doing job in Bengaluru and worked for a private firm. 

Nikita had filed a dowry harassment case against Subhash in the court in 2022. Nikita did not stop here, she filed a total of 8 cases against Subhash one after the other. It is alleged that Nikita was demanding a huge amount of money from Subhash for settlement.
