Assembly Election Results: BJP set to win in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh; Congress in Telangana

New Delhi: As the counting of votes in the four states continues, the current trends show that BJP is set to win in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh while Congress is getting majority in Telangana.

As per the latest trends, in Madhya Pradesh out of total 230 seats, BJP is leading in 157 while Congress in 69. In Rajasthan out of 119 seats, BJP is leading in 112 while Congress 67. In Chhattisgarh out of total 90 seats, BJP is leading in 51 while Congress 37.

However in Telangana out of 119 seats, Congress is leading in 69 seats, while BRS in 36 and BJP in 8 seats. 

The counting in Mizoram will be done tomorrow on Monday.

According to Dynamite News correspondent, the Election Commission has defferred the counting in Christian majority Mizoram by a day to enable the community to attend Sunday service.
