Army celebrates the International Yoga Day in Ayodhya with full ‘josh’

Ayodhya: The 10th International Yoga Day was celebrated today with joy, vigour and enthusiasm by a large number of Army personnel at Ayodhya Cantt, Uttar Pradesh, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
On this occasion a Yoga session was hosted by Dogra Regimental Centre with the objective of making Yoga a part of our daily life.

Brigadier K R Singh, YSM, Commandant, Dogra Regimental Centre was the Chief Guest at the session.
While addressing the participants Brigadier Singh asserted that regular Yoga leads to a healthy body as well as a balanced mind.

The Yoga session was attended by about 1500 Armed Force personnel and their families who participated and performed various ‘Yoga Asanas’ on the direction of DRC Yoga instructors.
