Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar will be the guest of honour at the closing ceremony of the 48th International Film Festival of India (IFFI).
Panaji: Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar will be the guest of honour at the closing ceremony of the 48th International Film Festival of India (IFFI).
The 50-year-old actor said he is thrilled to be a part of IFFIs closing event this year.

The 'Rustom' star said in a statement, "IFFI 2017 has truly left a mark and presented cinema lovers with the best in national and international cinema. I look forward to attending the closing and bidding farewell to our guests from around the world."
Also present at the festival would be Salman Khan. The 48th edition of the festival was kickstarted by Shah Rukh Khan. The event was attended by Sridevi, Janhvi Kapoor, Ishaan Khatter, Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt among others.

It was a blockbuster year for IFFI 2017, as the Festival boasted an impressive line-up of films and the biggest stars from various film industries, who are travelling to the beach state of Goa to lend their support to the Festival.
