Kabul: At least 26 people were killed and more than 18 were wounded after a suicide bombing rocked Afghanistan's capital city, Kabul on Wednesday.

However, the death toll may rise.

Police chief Abdulhamid Chakari said a car bomb was used in today's explosion at the Kart-e-Char area in PD3 close to Ali Abad hospital and Kabul University.

Eyewitnesses reportedly said all casualties were civilians. (ANI)
