Chandigarh: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday picked Rajya Sabha member Sanjiv Arora as party candidate for the Ludhiana West assembly bypoll. 

The move has faned the speculation that the party chief Arvind Kejriwal likely to go to the Rajya Sabha.
 

Sanjiv Arora Expresses Gratitute
Sanjiv Arora has extended his gratitute to the party for reposing faith in him. 

Sanjiv Arora shares Post on X
"Humbled and grateful to the leadership for reposing faith in me to contest the Ludhiana West bye-elections. As someone deeply connected to my hometown, I look forward to serving my people with dedication and sincerity," he wrote on X.

The date for the assembly bypoll has not been announced yet.
