30 children lost their lives due to mismanagement in Gorakhpur's BRD Medical College

Gorakhpur: Atleast 30 children lost their lives due to mismanagment and lack of oxygen to the patient at Gorakhpur's BRD Medical College. These deaths have taken place over the past 48 hours. Earlier, on August 9, UP Chief Minister had gone to the hospital for inspection during his Gorkhpur visit. Gorakhpur is Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath’s former Parliamentary constituency.

According to Dynamite News correspodent, the Medical College to pay of Rs 68 Lakh to a company. But as the cost was not paid, the oxygen supply was allegedly stopped, resulting in the tragic incident.
