27 feared dead in bus accident in Bihar

The accident occurred when the bus in which they were travelling in caught fire as it overturned.

Motihari: At least 27 people were feared dead when a bus fell into a roadside pit and caught fire in Bihar's East Champaran district today, Disaster Management Department minister Dinesh Chandra Yadav said.

The accident occurred under the Kotwa police station area, over 75 km from the state capital.

The bus was on its way to Delhi from Muzaffarpur.

Meanwhile, Bihar Chief Minister condolence the incident and ensured extend all possible help to the families of those who died. (PTI)
