20 IAS transferred in UP including Commissioner, Lucknow, Sanjay Prasad and Alok Kumar appointed as secretary to the CM

Lucknow: Yogi Adityanath government transferred 20 IAS and 4 PCS officers. IAS Alok Kumar-III and Sanjay Prasad appointed as new secretaries to the CM.
