Twitter Seva of Telecom Ministry getting massive response

New Delhi/ 5 September 2016. The recently launched #TwitterSeva by the Ministry of Telecom is getting massive response from the public seeking redressal to their grievances.

Ever since the #TwitterSeva has been launched it has been flooded with grievances right from postal and both BSNL and MTNL.

The Ministry has been working round the clock to address the grievances.

As per the statics which is available with Dynamite News in August alone the postal department received 2362 grievances and the ministry was available to resolve 2350 grievances and only 12 remain pending.  

In the Telecom sector a total of 2436 grievances were received out of which 2351 were resolved only 75 remain pending.  

According to Rohit Kumar an aide of Manoj Sinha, Minister for Communications told Dynamite News, the ministry is working full time to ensure that all grievances are addressed duly. Minister Manoj Sinha has being personally monitoring the #TwitterSeva and even during Rakhi celebrations the Ministry addressed the grievances.
