Gujarat: PM Modi inaugurates Intl Terminal at Harni airport in Vadodara

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated the state of art International Terminal at Harni airport in Vadodara. 

 

The state-of-the-art terminal has been built at a cost of Rs.160 crore.


It is spread over 18 thousand square meters and can handle 700 passengers every hour. It will have 18 check-in counters on domestic and international terminals. 

 

 

In another programme in Navlakhi ground, Prime Minister distributed artificial limbs, tri-cycles and other assistive devices to more than 8 thousand Divyangs. 

 

The event was being jointly organized by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Kanpur-based Artificial Limb Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) and Vadodara district administration.
