Soyabean can be used in many ways. But one of the most popular dishes of Soyabean is Soyaan Chaap.
Dynamite News Brings you the recipe to prepare Soyabean chaap dish. Here we go:
Soyabean chaap sticks 6
Chopped onion 2 cups
Chopped tomato 1 cup
Chopped ginger 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic 4 to 6 cloves
Chopped green chilli to taste
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Black cardamom 2
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Garam masala ½ teaspoon
Red chilli to taste
Salt to taste
Milk or cream 1 cup
Oil 2 teaspoon
Soak the soya chaap sticks in hot water for 2 to 3 hours to soften them.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add black cardamom and cumin seeds.
Add chopped garlic and ginger. Mix well and fry till it turns golden brown.
Add salt and garam masala. Mix well and cook on low flame for few seconds . Add milk or cream and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 mintute.
Grind the cooked ingredient grinder to get smoth consistency and bright orange colour.
Now put the softened soya chaaps in the curry pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with a smile and enjoy the dish.
