Today’s recipe is ‘Kashmiri pulao’

 

Ingredients

Rice                                      200 gm
Onion chopped                       2 pieces 
Oil                                         2 big spoons 
Pineapple chopped                 1 bowl
Apple                                    1 piece 
Walnut                                   ¼ bowl 
Cashew                                 ½ bowl
Apricots                                 ½ bowl
Peas                                      ¼ small bowl
French beans                         ¼ small bowls 
Raw Garam Masala                ½ spoon
Silver foil                               1 piece 
Salt                                       according to your taste 
Water                                    400 ml

 

Making process
Soak rice for 2 hours. Take oil, onions, raw garam masala into a bowl and put it in microwave for 2 minutes. Then take soaked rice, put salt and water, keep it into microwave for 15 minutes. Then put cashew, apple, pineapple, apricots, peas, French beans, and walnut and stir it.
